Lil Pump Makes a Splash with a $4.6M Miami Mansion: Living the Gucci Gang Lifestyle

Gazzy Garcia, professionally known as Lil Pump, has returned to his hometown of Miami, where he recently purchased a waterfront residence for $4.6 million.

The 5,100-square-foot home with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay was originally listed for $4.89 million by Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck of Douglas Elliman. The 18-year-old rapper will appreciate entertaining his crew on a large rooftop terrace on the third floor with a beautiful living wall, artificial grass, and sunset views.

Located in a posh neighbourhood on Normandy Island and constructed by LF Development, this five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home features high-end finishes throughout. LF Development, the company responsible for the Miami Beach property purchased by NBA sensation Hassan Whiteside, has gained popularity among Miami’s elite.

“The kitchen features custom African wood with an Italian design,” says Dominguez. In addition, there is a concealed pantry that will be useful for storing all types of food and dry products.

“The contrast between the minimalist architecture of this home and the tiles designed by Rex Alabastri drew the attention of all who entered,” says Dominguez.

Even the restrooms feature floor-to-ceiling views of the bay, with electronically controlled blinds.

Nevertheless, Garcia and his crew may spend little time indoors due to the abundance of outdoor entertainment options. There is a heated pool and spa with automated LED lighting, custom ipe wood decking, artificial grass, and a fantastic party deck on the upper level.

Garcia exploded onto the rap landscape in 2017 with the release of “Gucci Gang,” which has been streamed more than 500 million times on Spotify. This year, he returns with his most recent album, “Harverd Dropout,” which includes the popular single “I Love It.”
