Nick Cannon’s Lavish $3.2M New Jersey Mansion, His East Coast Relocation Journey Before Welcoming His Fourth Child

The Sun can exclusively reveal that the host of Wild ‘n Out, who is currently expecting his seventh child, quietly acquired the property in 2018 after initially renting it.

Nick’s Los Angeles attorney is now listed as the owner of this luxurious home, which he rented for a staggering $11,000 in 2015, following his separation from Mariah Carey.

According to TMZ, Nick bought this new residence at the time to provide a more private life for his children, Monroe and Moroccan, who are now 10 years old, and to keep them away from the public eye.

Nick’s mansion boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and it is nestled in the secluded Saddle River neighborhood, just an hour outside of New York City. It’s worth mentioning that his mother reportedly played a role in the interior design of the property.

Photographs obtained by The Sun showcase the 8,371-square-foot home built in 1989, sitting on 2.06 acres of land.
