The two-acre property is located in Alpine, a prestigious neighborhood minutes from Manhattan and one of the wealthiest zip codes in the United States. The median home value in Alpine is $2.9 M, and notable residents include comedian Chris Rock and Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway.
