T-раιn, whose full nаме is Tallahassee раιn, was born on September 30, 1985 in Tallahassee, Florida. The second studio album by T-раιn, Epiphany, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and produced the hits “Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’)” and “Bartender.”

Before the official release of Epiphany in June 2007, T-раιn purchased a residence in the Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Georgia for $1,320,000. The 2001-built residence has 5,964 square feet. The community of Winfield on the River is situated on the Chattahoochee River. The community was built between 2000 and 2001.

T-раιn’s current residence is located in Roswell, Georgia. In October 2008, T-раιn paid $3,250,000 for his property in the Atlanta area. The 2003-built T-раιn estate is 10,360 square feet in size.
