Akose Enebeli, the architect of the mansion, recalls how he was commissioned to construct it. In 2017, as he was building a 10-bedroom residence for the former Manchester United forward Jude Ighalo, he received a call from an unknown number. The person on the other end of the line was Burna’s manager and mother, Bose Ogulu, who saw Ighalo’s residence under construction and was impressed by Enebeli’s talent.

 

 

 

Enebeli stated, without providing many specifics, that Burna and his mother were extremely impressed with his abilities after viewing the initial schematics for the artist’s mansion.

 

 

 

 

Enebeli recalls that Burna’s only response to the initial planning was “wow.” The architect reveals that it was a pleasure to work with Burna and that he appreciates transforming his clients’ vacant lots into beautiful homes.
