Forest Whitaker has resolved to sell his mansion in the Hollywood Hills. The Oscar-winning actor is selling his gated property for $4.3m, having purchased it in 2003 for $1.5 million. The private compound is situated on 1.6 acres just off the celebrity-filled Woodrow Wilson Drive.

The compound contains everything one would anticipate to find in a celebrity’s home. It consists of two impressive residences with a total of eleven bedrooms and eleven toilets. The 4,705-square-foot main home at 3036 Beckman Road features a double staircase, an open living, family, and dining room, a striking window wall, a spacious cooks kitchen, and much more. The second residence at 3042 Munro Circle is equally opulent. In addition to multiple outdoor entertaining spaces, there is a beautiful pool, a private movie theatre, and a built-in barbecue platform.
