Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL linebacker, has purchased a property in Hollywood for $6,325,000.

The contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills was initially advertised for $6.95 million in August of 2019. A few months later, the price decreased to $6.5 million.

Due to the absence of a buyer, the residence was taken off the market for some time. In October of this year, it was returned for $5.95 million. Early in December, Acho purchased the upscale space for $6,075,000.

Additionally, the Fox Sports commentator paid an additional $250,000 for adjacent land. The extra parcel next door, which had been available for distinct purchase, adds approximately 10,156 extra square feet.

Acho, who is well-known to Bachelor Nation as the host of Season 25’s “After the Last Rose,” has acquired primo real estate.

The 2005-built residence is situated behind private boundaries and offers breathtaking views of the Los Angeles skyline.

The stylish space is 5,952 square feet with four bedrooms and five restrooms. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the backyard and pool, indoor-outdoor living is a breeze.

You can prepare gourmet dishes in the modern kitchen, which is equipped with premium appliances. A breakfast bar is located on a breakfast bar island. Additionally, banquets can be served in both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

An open living room with walls of glass is the perfect place to entertain—or merely to enjoy the views. A capacious media room and an outdoor meditation garden are next in line.

A primary bedroom suite with glass walls, a sitting area, two walk-in wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking city lights are located upstairs. Two vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower are featured in a luxurious en suite bathroom.

A beautiful rooftop garden expands the options for outdoor recreation. The property has smart home technology from Creston, a driveway, and a carport.

The location is characterised as “moments” from the renowned Sunset Strip, which offers shopping, entertainment, and dining.

With the additional land, the well-known personality has the option of constructing more structures, such as a guesthouse, gym, or recording studio where he can work from home. Regardless of what the broadcaster chooses, he has numerous options from this opulent perch.

Prior to being selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 2012 NFL draught, the Texan played collegiate football at the University of Texas. He was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013. He played for the team until his NFL retirement in 2015. Currently, he functions as an analyst for Fox Sports 1.

Acho released a YouTube series in 2020 titled “Uncomfortable Conversations With a Black Man.” His work eventually became a New York Times bestseller.
