The actor who starred in the action film “Too Fast, Too Dangerous” also seems to have a passion for speed in real life. He proudly declared that his newly purchased plane was the fastest in the world.

The plane is not only fast, but also has luxurious amenities such as beds, kitchens, bars, bathrooms, relaxing sofas with TV screens and lounges of 5-6 star standards. Customizing the aircraft creates an experience similar to traveling to a villa through the clouds.

The Gulfstream G650 is equipped with two Rolls-Royce engines and an extremely powerful anti-skid braking system for short landing distances, and can travel almost 13,000 km without refueling. Not only famous for its speed and long-range flight capabilities, the Gulfstream G650 is also known throughout the aviation industry for its exceptional fuel economy and low emissions.

With a smart design, the Gulfstream G650 can accommodate 18 passengers and 4 crew members. According to a Business Insider report, it can reach an altitude of 12,500 meters in just 22 minutes, overcoming bad weather and staying away from crowded commercial planes.

In addition, the aircraft is also equipped with modern entertainment equipment such as high-speed Wi-Fi, 3D radar and capacitive touchscreen for entertainment and work purposes. Gulfstream prioritizes acoustic research, creating a calm atmosphere on its aircraft models, including the G650. According to Gulfstream, the cabin is designed to reduce the feeling of altitude, making passengers feel like they are only 1,500 m above sea level, even when the plane has reached 15,000 m above sea level.

Although it has only been in service for a decade, the G650 model and its variants have more than 300 units produced by Gulfstream. From Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to tech mogul Elon Musk, from the late Steve Jobs to Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban, each of these notable individuals owns at least one Gulfstream jet.

Demand for the Gulfstream G650, the largest and most expensive airliner today, is so strong that owners of these superjets are considering cashing in on it. In some transactions, sellers made profits ranging from $5 million to $7 million per sale. Gulfstream, however, claims not to know the details of these transfers.

“If our customers truly benefit from these acquisitions, it will once again demonstrate the incredible capabilities of the G650,” said a Gulfstream representative. “The real challenge for this airline is that customers are trying to sell the plane before they even take delivery.”

Gulfstream ensures that customers cannot resell the planes until they are delivered, to avoid market-damaging speculation. The company included a clause in the contract prohibiting the aircraft owner from transferring ownership within a certain period of time after signing. Some customers have attempted to circumvent this clause by purchasing planes under the name of a new airline and then reselling them under a commercial agreement.
