Rapper Swae Lee is trying his hand at a new pace in real estate and he’s poised to make big profits if he gets what he wants.
Lee, real name Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown , purchased this 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom mansion in Woodland Hills, California, in 2019 for $3.5 million.
Today, he’s asking $4.4 million for the nearly 9,000-square-foot property, which sits on nearly half an acre. View technical specifications.

Privacy is the name of the game in Westchester County Estates, the gated home community. The huge house has been recently renovated with a clean, modern design. A giant circular staircase connects the lobby to the second floor, with a sparkling chandelier in the center.
