The Wild ‘n Out presenter, who is expecting her seventh child, secretly bought the house in 2018 after renting it out. This information is only available to The Sun.
The luxury mansion is currently listed as owned by Nick’s Los Angeles lawyer, who rented it for a whopping $11,000 in 2015 following his divorce from Mariah Carey.
At the time, TMZ said he bought the new home to keep Monroe and Morocco, now 10, “out of the spotlight.”
Nick’s mother reportedly helped him design the interior of the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, located in the quiet Saddle River neighborhood, just an hour from New York City.
