On Monday, the 36-year-old NBA legend put his Brentwood estate up for sale for a whopping $20.5 million. In 2015, he purchased the property for $20,986,500.
The 10,000-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The gated estate built in 2011 is located in the affluent Rockingham Rim neighborhood, on the same street where OJ Simpson resided during the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
The hotel has been modernized and equipped with modern amenities.
