Exclusive Sneak Peek Inside the $38 Million Maori Flagship K+

Maori Yacht, an Italian shipyard, has released the first images of their flagship 125 model, the 38.2-metre motor yacht K+. She was unveiled yesterday (September 26) ahead of the Monaco Yacht Show and is for sale with Marco Fodale and Alain Auvare at Fraser.

The 376 GT long-range full displacement yacht is available for immediate delivery. Its design by Marco Ciampa outstrips the present Maori 80 flagship by more than 12 metres.

Pulina Exclusive Interiors designed the inside, which sleeps 10 people. The lower deck houses four guest cabins, while the upper deck houses a large owner’s suite.

Large windows allow light to stream into the interior spaces of the boat, which feature a main saloon with a circular lounge setting, an adjoining bar and a formal dining area that can accommodate up to ten people. Guests can also meet in the upper deck saloon, which has access to an outside sitting and dining space.

The yacht’s 80-square-meter tiny beach club is one of its most notable features. The area contains a galley and wine cellar for guests to enjoy al fresco meals as well as a nice place to unwind by the seaside.

K+ has a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising range of 4,200 nautical miles at 10.5 knots thanks to twin 1,800hp MAN diesel engines.

K+ is now available for sale through Fraser in Monaco for €17,500,000.
