Flo Rida, known for his hit single “My House,” has purchased a slammin’ pad to rap about. Given his rap moniker, it’s not surprising where he settled.
According to the Miami Herald, the Florida native recently purchased his producer’s remodelled property in Hialeah, Florida. Therefore, let’s open a few bottles and tour the hitmaker’s winning property.
The 7199-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence bears no resemblance to the 1988-built original structure. Elric “E-Class” Prince, Flo’s producer, purchased the property in 2012 for $520,000 as a tear-down, then took construction to the next level.
The result is a modern party pad with provocative wall art and rooms equipped with tablets to control the air conditioning, lighting, audio, and shades. Also included is an indoor spa.
The open floor plan features a contemporary kitchen, formal dining area, and recreation room. There is verdant landscaping with towering palms, a pool, and a patio outside. Listing agent Julie Sidorevskaya of Julie’s Realty.
Maybe Flo will be inspired to record a rendition of “My House” here.
