Wiz Khalifa’s child throws a lavish birthday party for 100 guests at a grand mansion, beaming with pride over having a famous rapper as a dad

Rapper Wiz Khalifa, known for his hit “Black and Yellow,” recently acquired a sleek, modern residence in Encino, San Fernando Valley, for $3.4 million. Before this purchase, Khalifa had been renting a property in Los Angeles for $16,000 a month for nearly three years.

Though he still owns this rental and another home in Pittsburgh, Khalifa has now invested just over $7.6 million in a second luxurious mansion situated about three miles away. It is currently unclear if he has already equipped the new home with his desired amenities, such as a recording studio, a Steelers-themed game room, and a marijuana bar.

With an estimated net worth of $60 million, thanks to his successful music career, his Khalifa Kush marijuana strain, and his mobile app Weed Farm, Khalifa has the means to personalize his new residence extensively.

Completed this year, the modern farmhouse-style property spans over 8,000 square feet and features open-concept living spaces with blonde hardwood floors, wood-beam ceilings, and designer lighting. The home includes a movie theater, home office, workout room, and a detached guesthouse.

The two-story stucco and wood structure is perfect for housing Khalifa’s collection of vintage cars, including a Mercedes-Benz, a 1969 El Camino, a Chevelle, and other muscle cars. It offers three adjacent parking spaces and a large motor court.

The grand entrance through a glass front door, covered by a porte-cochère, leads into a lavish living room with a striking linear fireplace, a formal dining room with a wet bar, and sliding glass doors that open to the backyard.

The gourmet kitchen, adjacent to the family room, boasts a center island, Thermador appliances, a dual-sided service bar, and a breakfast nook.

Upstairs, the master suite features two showroom-style closets, a mini-bar, and a sitting area with a fireplace. The luxurious bathroom includes two vanities, an oval soaking tub, a large glass-enclosed shower, and a private balcony.

The nearly half-acre lot includes an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and bar, a dining area with trellises, a basketball court, a covered lounge area with a fire pit, and a Baja-shelf pool and spa. Additionally, there is a 450-square-foot guesthouse with a shower and kitchenette.
