Lauren Sanchez reveals billionaire Jeff Bezos has a rule of not using phones in the early morning.

“When I wake up, I make coffee for me and Jeff, then we have a great time talking to each other. The kids are not awake yet and we don’t use phones. This is one of the rules Jeff sets,” Sanchez, Bezos’ girlfriend, said on September 5.

Sanchez admitted that she would pick up her smartphone right after waking up if this rule weren’t in place, but sitting and talking to Bezos without touching her phone makes a difference in their lives.

Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, is one of the richest tech billionaires in the world, but he is not so passionate about work that he “opens his eyes and works”. He usually starts meetings at 10am, after drinking coffee and reading the newspaper.

Lauren Sánchez, 55, is an American actress, reporter and film producer. She was a news anchor and entertainment journalist who appeared on many channels for nearly 20 years.

The beauty made her relationship with Jeff Bezos public in January 2019, after Bezos announced his divorce from MacKenzie Scott – after 25 years of marriage.
