Nicki Minaj took two years to find the best architect to design her $20 million home, where she plans to enjoy life with her husband, Kenneth Petty

After a series of mansion rentals spanning across the broader Los Angeles region, stretching from Beverly Hills to Malibu, Nicki Minaj has taken a significant step towards homeownership.

Property records reveal that the renowned Grammy-winning rapper has ventured into the exclusive Hidden Hills community within the San Fernando Valley, investing a substantial $19.5 million in the acquisition of a pristine, newly constructed mansion.

According to the real estate agent, this expansive modern farmhouse, completed just this year by a local developer, was swiftly secured even before being listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), bypassing public exposure.

While specific visual details and information about the residence remain elusive, tax records provide insight into the property’s impressive dimensions. Covering around 12,000 square feet, the mansion is believed to encompass eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

The outdoor area boasts a saltwater pool accompanied by a Jacuzzi and a sunbathing-friendly Baja shelf. Additionally, a separate guesthouse enhances the property’s allure. Situated on an expansive one-acre flat lot, the estate also includes a three-car garage, lush gardens, and an abundance of screening vegetation for added privacy.
