Page Six (USA), a website covering entertainment news, received confirmation from Natalie Portman’s representative that she and choreographer Benjamin Millepied are divorced.

All of the steps in the secretive divorce process have now been finished. Actress Natalie Portman and her spouse have discreetly gone through the divorce procedure after deciding to give up on trying to patch their marriage.

In the past, the public and worldwide media were astonished to learn that Benjamin Millepied had an intimate relationship with a person of the other sex while still married to Natalie Portman.

Portman’s agent claimed that the actress filed for divorce eight months ago. All processes have been finished in Paris, France, up to this point. Aleph, a 12-year-old son, and Amalia, a 7-year-old daughter, are the two children that Portman and her ex-husband raised together while residing in Paris.

Portman and Millepied were married for ten years before they made the decision to get a divorce. In 2012, the couple tied the knot. Although they parted ways in 2022, both of them first desired to salvage the union.

Even though Millepied was still married to Portman at the time, the marriage took a serious hit when photographers discovered him having sex with a young woman in Paris. Immediately, reports of Portman being “cuckolded” sprung up on entertainment news websites everywhere.

When it came to the news of their failed marriage, Portman and Millepied never said anything. In an effort to protect their two children’s best interests and keep the situation hidden, both parties were exceedingly discreet.

Prior to verifying the divorce details, Portman never showed up to events with her spouse by her side; instead, she always made her appearances alone. Additionally, Portman frequently wore her wedding band free. There have been rumors that her marriage can’t be saved as a result.

In a recent interview, Portman said that she and her two kids are currently residing in France and that Millepied has not been brought up at all. She said that the ongoing reports about her failed marriage make her feel awful: “It’s terrible, I don’t want to say anything more about it.”
