Rapper Future Spent $16.3M on Miami Mansion Just for the Three-Car Garage and Space to Park His Private Yacht

Future paid $16.3 miℓℓio𝚗 for a stunning Miami house.

Good Life hitmaker, 38, who just made $250,000 for rapping on Megan Thee Stallion’s Pressurelicious, bought the seven-bedroom property with a tropical hideaway backyard.

According to TMZ, the property is on Allison Island, north of Miami Beach. The two-story, 8,897-square-foot Miami island home has seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms and is secured.

Future’s new villa overlooks sparkling water and palm trees. The master bedroom has a full wet bar, wine fridge, and two walk-in closets.

The master has a separate balcony entry that wraps around the house. Kitchen and bathroom appliances are modern for a modern atmosphere.

The backyard seems to transport mansion residents to a tropical paradise. The space has a large spa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a rectangular pool.

A wooden pier is bordered by beautiful grass and palm trees in the big backyard. Future can secure a boat or yacht at the dock.

The backyard offers views of the city’s skyscrapers and the mansion’s layout through windowed walls.

The $16.3 miℓℓio𝚗 mansion’s stone-paved driveway is modern. To compensate for the lack of a front yard, many green trees, plants, and bushes surround the home and palace.

Future can see the second-story floor-to-ceiling windows from the main drive, but the first floor is hidden by a wall.

The lamps above illuminated the front wooden door.
