Fabolous, known for his extravagant lifestyle, recently enjoyed the perks of wealth, including flying in private jets, vacationing in exotic destinations, owning high-end cars, and attending favorite sports team games from courtside seats.
In this instance, Fabolous flew to Syracuse, New York, to witness the Syracuse Orange game against the Virginia Cavaliers. Accompanying him were fellow rapper A-Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, along with Dara Mirjahangiry, Lance Fresh, future Syracuse Orange player Elijah Moore, and Adam Weitsman.
Adam Weitsman, a billionaire entrepreneur and prominent Syracuse University supporter, provided Fabolous with the opportunity to fly in his private jet. The Gulfstream G200, named “the new and improved Upstate Shredding Jet,” underwent a makeover in 2019. Its exterior now proudly displays the official colors of the Syracuse Orange – orange, white, and blue – along with the team logo. Weitsman added the logo near the door, below the cockpit window, expressing his extra joy for SU basketball.
The Gulfstream G200 perfectly suits Weitsman’s business needs, offering spaciousness, luxury, and speed. Powered by twin turbofan Pratt & Whitney Canada PE306A engines, each generating 6,040 lb-ft of tҺrust, the jet reaches a top speed of 487 knots (560 mph/900 kph) and a cruise speed of 459 knots (528 mph/850 kph). With a range of approximately 3,400 nautical miles (3,910 mi/6,300 km) at Mach 0.75 with four passengers, it provides ample flexibility for business use.
The jet’s capacity for 19 passengers proves beneficial during business travel, featuring elegant black leather seats, wood trim, and a beige floor, as captured in snapshots by Fabolous.
Weitsman has previously extended invitations to other high-profile figures for Syracuse Orange games, including Tom Brady, Jimmy Fallon, Josh Allen, and more.
Fabolous expressed gratitude to Weitsman for the invitation and, possibly, the jet ride, showcasing appreciation for the enjoyable time at the games. Despite regularly experiencing private jet travel, Fabolous doesn’t own one at present, opting for charter options, as seen in a recent glimpse of his flight in what appeared to be Diddy’s matte black Gulfstream G550. Given the associated costs and maintenance of jet ownership, Fabolous seems content with chartering for the time being.
