DJ Khaled’s Miami getaway home included a playful banana-shaped couch and a dedicated playroom, adding a fun and unique touch to the property

In DJ Khaled’s world of luxury, nothing is ever over the top. Recently, the music producer spent the day soaking up the Miami sunshine at his five-bedroom residence on the man-made Hibiscus Island, a property worth $34.5 million. The 11,000-square-foot ONE Sotheby’s mansion is perfectly suited for entertaining, with features like a home theater offering plush seating and stunning views of both the ocean and city. It also boasts a spacious wooden dock, large enough for a yacht or multiple jet skis, as well as an outdoor lounge area with plenty of seating and scenic views of Miami Beach.

The property’s standout feature is an elevated outdoor kitchen, complete with a built-in BBQ and bar, set among the palm trees, showcasing the home’s seamless indoor-outdoor design. Inside, the house impresses with a sleek second kitchen, styled in modern icy gray and bold orange accents. A glass coffee table anchors the open-plan living space, which leads to the backyard terrace and pool through sliding glass doors. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, with the master suite offering a sitting area, lounge chairs, and an en suite bathroom. The vibrant yellow banana-shaped sofa adds a splash of color to the otherwise neutral, contemporary décor, while an upside-down floating staircase connects the different floors. One of the home’s most unique features is a custom-designed playroom for DJ Khaled’s two-year-old son, Asahd.
