Facing family financial difficulties, Vin Diesel relisted his Hollywood Hills home after 16 years but quickly bounced back by purchasing a new one

Transitioning to the next chapter! Vin Diesel has officially listed his initial Hollywood Hills residence for sale, signaling the end of nearly two decades of ownership. The actor acquired the property in Los Angeles 16 years ago, and recent reports indicate that it has been put on the market.

This two-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling is available for $1.395 million. Although Diesel briefly attempted to sell it in 2013, he has been renting out the space in the interim. According to TMZ, if he secures the asking price, Diesel could potentially profit around $833,000 from this relatively modest home.

The primary bedroom boasts French doors leading to a luxurious pool, spa, and a built-in BBQ area. Inside, a charming brick fireplace adds to the home’s appeal.

Despite bidding farewell to his starter home, Vin Diesel remains a sought-after action hero, with a slew of upcoming films, including additional installments in the Fast & Furious franchise, The Avengers, and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Scheduled for release on May 4, 2018, Avengers: Infinity War, an action-packed sci-fi epic, features a star-studded cast, including Brie Larson, Chris Pratt, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Hemsworth, Zoe Saldana, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Bradley Cooper, and Paul Rudd.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, hitting theaters on May 5, 2017, will also showcase a similar ensemble cast. Among them, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, and, of course, Vin Diesel will reprise their roles.

As Diesel bids adieu to his Hollywood Hills abode, he looks forward to a future filled with cinematic endeavors, including Fast & Furious 8, Fast & Furious 9, and Fast & Furious 10, with the final installment slated for release in 2021.
